French translation is still a real pain

The app itself look great, but the french translation is very bad and make the app not enjoyable.

I wish there was a toggle to select language so I could at least force it in english (based on the screenshots, the english translation seems much better).

Adding 1 star because they finally added Canadian Appstore and I dont see german stuff anymore.
